What this service is
Ministering Interviews is operated by Inkwright, Inc. It helps a congregation schedule short interviews between its leadership and the members who minister to families in that congregation. It exists for that purpose alone.
What we hold, and where it comes from
Information is not collected from you on this website. It is uploaded by an administrator of your congregation from the congregation's own membership records, and may include:
- Name, and the organization within the congregation you belong to
- Mobile telephone number and email address
- Date of birth and sex
- Home address and the household you belong to
- Who you minister alongside, and the families you are assigned to visit
- Interviews you were invited to, booked, and attended
- The text messages this service has sent you, and any replies
How it is used
To decide who is due for an interview, to send you a text message inviting you to choose a time, to record the appointment, and to note attendance. Nothing here is used for advertising or marketing.
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing. It is disclosed only to the telephone carrier needed to deliver a message to you, and where the law requires it.
Who can see it
Access is limited to the leadership of your own organization and to the administrator who maintains the service. The men's and women's ministering efforts are kept separate: the leadership of one cannot see the assignments, appointments, or interview history of the other.
Text messages
Messages are sent only to arrange these interviews. Message frequency varies and is typically no more than a few times per quarter. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop messages at any time, in either of two ways: tap the opt-out link included in every message we send, or reply STOP. Either will end them. Reply START to begin receiving them again, or HELP for assistance.
Young people
Some people who minister are under 18. The same information is held for them as for anyone else, it is used for the same narrow purpose, and the same opt-out applies. A parent or guardian may ask the administrator to remove a young person's telephone number, and no further messages will be sent to it.
How long it is kept
Membership details are refreshed when the administrator uploads a new export. People who leave the congregation are marked as departed rather than erased, so that past interview records stay accurate, and may be deleted entirely on request. Login and booking links are short-lived and are discarded once used or expired.
Asking for your information, or its removal
Write to clinton@inkwright.inc and we will tell you what is held about you, correct it, or delete it.
