Once a quarter the presidency meets with each ministering companionship to talk about the families they visit. This service works out who is due, sends them a text, and lets them pick a time that suits.
- A text arrives. Only when your companionship is due, never more than a few times a year.
- Pick a time. Whoever answers first books it for the companionship.
- Meet on Sunday. A few minutes, usually between meetings.
